The Apartments LA LATINA are located in the very downtown, in the neighbourhood of La Latina, 300 meters from Puerta del Sol (Km 0), 2 minutes walk from the emblematic Major Plaza, meeting point of the locals and visitors, as well as stage of numerous ludic and festive acts.
The apartments are located in the building protected for its great historical value, a former palatial convent transformed into luxurious apartments recently reformed, with wide staircases.
The neighbourhood of La Latina is placed in the old town, in historical Madrid. In it you find the famous "Rastro" the famous outdoor flea market, as well as the famous streets Cava Baja and Cava Alta, where the best and most famous "tapas" bars and restaurants of Madrid are, with the most exquisite gastronomy of Madrid.
The neighbourhood is surrounded by a large list of museums, cinemas, theatres and emblematic monuments where you are able to experience the rich cultural offer of Madrid. Every day there are concerts, plays, recitals and exhibitions.

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 80 one time cleaning fee
