The apartment is just a step from everything you would need during your stay, but offering tranquility and silence, since it is a street with little night traffic.

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee

DEPOSIT: 200 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
