The apartment is situated in the historical area of Madrid city centre, near the calle Mayor, which goes from the Puerta del Sol to the Palacio Real and the Almudena cathedral.
The apartment is located in a recently constructed building, moved in this year offering the most modern facilities. Placed in a calm street of "Madrid of the Austrias". The building is located 5 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol. This lively square can be considered heart of Madrid. In the surrounding areas of the building there are shops of all kinds, bars with terraces, supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars (the most typical of Madrid). The apartment is just a step from everything you would need during your stay, but offering tranquility and silence, since it is a street with little night traffic.

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee

DEPOSIT: 200 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
